Away from his professional pursuits, Steve shines as an endurance and fitness enthusiast, having completed gruelling Ironman triathlons and ultra-marathons. A firm believer in the connection between physical wellness and productivity, he also experiments with life biohacking concepts encompassing ice baths, saunas, nootropics, and meditation. Steve Chapman, is a seasoned entrepreneur, investor, speaker, and advisor with an entrepreneurial journey that spans more than a decade. Starting his professional life at PwC, he then embarked on pioneering social commerce with his first startup at the young age of 19.

His entrepreneurial spirit along with an aptitude for spotting trends culminated in the creation of Shine Drink, co-founded alongside Dr. Sam Prince. Their combined vision and strategic approach led Shine Drink to become one of Australia's fastest-growing beverage brands, amassing over $60,000,000 in retail sales.

As a testament to Steve's leadership and Shine’s positive work culture, the company was awarded Best Places to Work, Top 20 Fastest Growing Companies in Australia, and won the Telstra ‘Small & Succeeding' category among other business awards.

As a former President of Entrepreneur’s Organisation (EO) Sydney Chapter and a board member of non-profit entities, he has honed leadership skills that permeate all aspects of his work.
